Abstract

This paper examines the significant developments in benign gynecological laparoscopic surgery within the context of Somalia, a region facing substantial healthcare challenges. The introduction of laparoscopic techniques promises to enhance women's health outcomes by offering minimally invasive procedures that reduce recovery times and improve surgical precision. Despite limited resources and the scarcity of trained professionals, these advancements hold the potential to revolutionize gynecological care in Somalia. Emphasizing the importance of training and resource allocation, this study highlights how the adoption of cutting-edge technology and educational programs can improve surgical outcomes. The paper emphasizes the need for ongoing education and structural support to integrate these innovations effectively, thereby transforming healthcare delivery for Somali women facing benign gynecological conditions.
